Star Seekers Dinner – Local Luminaries Serve As Waiters for Grand Forks Children’s Museum Dinner Fundraiser

The Grand Forks Children’s Museum is gearing up for an exciting fundraising event:

the Star Seekers Charity Dinner. This unique dinner will bring together local stars and luminaries, delicious food, and a shared commitment to supporting the museum’s mission. Let’s dive into the details!

  • Event Name: Star Seekers Dinner

  • Location: Cloud Nine, located on the top floor of The Olive Ann Hotel, 322 Demers Ave Suite 500, Grand Forks, ND 58201

  • Date/Time: September 9, 2024, 5:30p social, 6:30p dinner

  • Purpose: Share the museum’s progress, showcase the planned exhibits and raise funds for the museum’s capital campaign and educational programs

 

Luminaries and Stars Serving as Waiters

Twenty-four local stars have graciously volunteered to serve as waiters for the evening. Here are two notable personalities you can expect to see:

  1. Molly Yeh

    • Background: Molly Yeh is a renowned food blogger, cookbook author, and host of Food Network’s “Girl Meets Farm.”

    • Role: Molly will be donning an apron and serving guests with her signature warmth and culinary flair.

  2. Brad Berry

    • Background: Brad Berry is the head coach of the University of North Dakota (UND) men’s hockey team.

    • Role: Coach Berry will trade his whistle for a serving tray, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

There are a total of twenty-four local dignitaries and stars who will be providing the dining experience for our guests. These waiters will be providing entertainment and working hard for tips – which will all be donated to the museum.

 

The Menu

Expect a delectable, prix fixe meal curated by local chefs, featuring farm-to-table ingredients and creative flavors. Every dish will reflect the spirit of community and support.

 

How You Can Help

  1. Purchase your tickets and join us for an evening of good food, great company, and a chance to make a difference. Tables are Going Fast…To date, twenty-one tables have been reserved out of the potential of thirty tables. Tables of eight are available for $1200 or purchase an individual ticket for $150 each.

  1. Spread the Word: Share this event with friends, family, and colleagues. Encourage them to attend or contribute.

  2. Even if you can’t attend, consider donating to the Grand Forks Children’s Museum. Every dollar counts!
