Leave a Legacy
Consider leaving a legacy through estate gifts, charitable gift annuities, trusts, testamentary endowments, or by designating us as a beneficiary of your life insurance or retirement plan.

Endowment Gifts
Support the Grand Forks Children's Museum with an endowment of cash, securities, or marketable assets.
40% ND tax credit for endowments. Create a legacy with a qualified ND Endowment and receive a 40% credit (up to $10,000) for contributions from North Dakota businesses and individuals who donate $5,000 or more. Couples filing jointly can receive up to $20,000 in tax credit per year.
Small Change, Big Dreams
Encourage the kids in your life to collect spare change to donate to the museum. Their names will appear on the donor list at the museum!
Double Your Impact
Double your donation through your employer or your spouse's employer if they offer a matching gift program. For more details, contact your human resources department.
Give Through Assets
Donate appreciated securities to GFCM, and you could qualify for a charitable income tax deduction based on the full market value, while avoiding capital gains tax.
Donors aged 70 1/2 or older can transfer up to $100,000 tax-free annually from their IRA directly to the project.

Endowments and other gifts can also be made through the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks & Region under Grand Forks Children's Museum Flexible Fund and/or Grand Forks Children's Museum Endowment.
